New cooker broken again

I'm so frustrated. I ordered a cooker and it was delivered on Monday. Within 20 minutes of the installer leaving, I tried to boil a pan of water and got an E9 error code. I phoned the company, and they offered to replace it. The replacement couldn't be organised until today.

Today, the installer came at 7am, installed the oven, checked the induction hob, all good. Told me to leave the ovens on for 45 minutes to burn off the dressing. After 45 minutes, the consumer unit tripped. When we try and turn on the oven, it trips every time. I phoned the installer and he said that it's definitely a faulty unit - it can't be the house wiring. The company wanted me to wait until tomorrow to speak to the manufacturer, but conceded that there was nothing they could say to fix the oven.

Now I have to wait until Wednesday for replacement #2. I'm only posting to vent my frustration.

I'd be telling them to come get it and wanting a full refund.

What's next?

Well I'm giving them a chance with oven #3. I reassess after that.
