2 year old in care of people on cocaine

What would you do? Who would you call? It's not an aibu but I know a couple that do this and have a toddler in their care, not sure what to do!!

How do you know them? Are they family or friends?

Social services

My old neighbours were druggies with very young toddler and baby. I called the NSPCC and reported it. They received a social services visit almost immediately.

And the police, given that it is the weekend and that poor child is potentially in danger right now.

It’s a criminal offence so if you know it’s actually happening live in the moment then you should be calling the police. You can also call social work. Either way you must report this, like now.

I would definitely contact the police and social services. Please don't hesitate as they are at very high risk of something happening to them.

Thanks ladies, just wanted to check. Sounds like police is the way to go and then social services tomorrow. I wasn't aware until this evening that mom Is also doing it...I knew her partner had a problem but she gave the impression he didn't do it at home and that she didn't partake.
