Got a Sainsbury’s beef stroganoff in the oven
beef was all a bit stuck together and should probably have separated it out a bit better before putting it in the oven but was distracted by kids, just taken it out and lukewarm in places and slightly pink in some places.
how long do I put it back in the oven for to make sure we don’t get food poisoning?
rice and veg are done FFS

I would microwave it for 2-3 mins then check again

Isseywith3witchycats · 21/09/2024 19:29

is it microwavable 5 minutes in there should sort it

MummytoAAandX · 21/09/2024 19:52

If it was me I wouldn't risk it especially if my kids were eating it. It's Saturday night. Bin it and order a pizza 🤣

Cyclingforcake · 21/09/2024 19:53

It’s beef. A bit pink is fine.

IdaClair · 21/09/2024 19:57

Give it a good stir and cover it so it continued to cook as you plate up.

It’s onions, beef, mushrooms, butter, cream, broth, seasonings, flour, sometimes brandy or wine but probably not in the sainsburys one. You could eat the lot raw or partly heated and I’m assuming this one is already cooked?

Its not a disaster it just needs warming up?
