Any support and advice appreciated, Gran Canaria 5 weeks tomoro (26.05.08) and I'd love to look good (i'm relistic....) in my bikini.

Size 12 @ mo (not a big 12 either..) any realistic targets? Unsure of specific weight.....

not with that attitude missy!

don't you know that positive thinking helps?

you've gotta shut your eyes and visualise yourself in that bikini. How you'll look, feel and all that.

If you tell yourself you'll fail, you surely will...

if you are a 12, do you really need to lvse weight?
why nvt jsut do some exercise to tone up and knock the beer and the bread on the head to get ride of any bloat
dieting when you are only a 12 - unless you are 4'10" - is kind of daft

fake tan knocks a few kg's off you and you won't be hungry

Eating an apple before evey meal is apparently good at stopping you from over eating, not tried it myself tho but its something to do with the fact that apples take a long time to digest

I'm 4, 7", bmi and all that, I'd much rather be a few inches taller!

well how about drinking lots of water everyday - at least 2 litres, 3 if you can manage it; increasing your exercise levels by 15 mins per day - whatever you do, just do a little bit more; no carbs after lunchtime and knock all sugar on the head.

bye bye 5kg
