Idk if I’m being paranoid & reading into a pregnancy test or if I should see a dr or re test

hey so I started getting cramps & feeling sick & spotting a little but I don’t get periods so I did a pregnancy test on my work break & there was a faint line on the pregnancy side but it was horizontal instead of vertical. So I took a pic & put it in my bag but my but my colleague said I shouldn’t worry so I just did the other test in the pack & there was a very faint horizontal line. Just taken the first test out my bag & there’s a definite line on the pregnancy side (so 2 lines) but ik it could be an evaporation line so I’m not sure if I’m being paranoid or if I should get another test if anyone could help that’d be great thanks :)

The test needs to remain horizontal so the one in your bag is irrelevant. The second test would be more reliable and shows pregnancy line. Doesn't matter if it is faint if it is clearly there.

Is this a positive? The lines came up after 3.5 mins and obviously says to not read after 5 mins. The lines are really inconsistent so I'm sure these are negative and convincing myself they are because I'm on the pill, has anyone had this before and it been negative?

Look negative. Get a decent test though, Clearblue or similar. Just to be sure.

I think the pictures are from a different poster than the op?
Can you get hold of a digital test? As it might give you a clearer answer.
