'Xeno' is short for Xenomorph, and 'Bitch' from Sigourney Weaver's line in Aliens - "Get away from her, you BITCH!".

But on MN, I was accused of being xenophobic because I don't have a passport... on account of my name. And a few times people focus on the 'Bitch' part and say I must be one in real life. Nice.
