Ebay bollix

Bought some trousers from Ebay which were listed as wool viscose from Jospeh.
They arrive and have an m&s style white manufacturer label (made in romania 100% polyester). A jospeh brand label sewn into waistband, bit they are definitely not from Jospeh, I have several pairs and there are many differences.

I've returned and got refund. Then reported item to Ebay 3 times, but they keep saying they found no violation.

If you got a refund Ebay won't be involved any more, you haven't lost anything. You could try reporting counterfeit goods being sold don't know who to, ask Joseph? Does the seller sell lots of similar items or was it a one off? They may have bought the item and resold it innocently.

The seller is selling loads of them.

I reported it to clean the place up, but ebay don't seem to care, so other will continue to be duped.

What a whole waste of time.
