What do I do? Absolutely had enough. 22 months. Nothing is wrong not unwell etc. I go in and they stop and then the second I leave it’s constant howling. I am a singe parent. I can’t even shower or watch tv. Speak on the phone. Been at this now for two hours

Oh OP - that’s so hard.

When my boys were like that I took the path of least resistance - can you lie down together with some cartoons on and a big duvet on the sofa?

MissFlimpkin · 13/09/2024 21:18

Absolutely. They need you.
Lie down safely- make sure they're fed, clean , winded etc. I found often when I fake relax and sleep they would soon after ( and still do, he's 6!!!)
At 22 months it might be teeth or just general grumpiness - things change and in a day or so you'll realise they're calmer.
