My exH is abusive and has continued to use access to DC as a means of control.

We had a court order in place which is for 50/50, but how that is split is left to us to work out. The idea was flexibility, but my ex has abused it for years.

He is now taking my DC for extra time and says he's entitled to have DC on his 'days off' - even though he works three days a week. This is absolutely not what was agreed.

I am going to have to take this to court to vary the order to something more fixed, but in the meantime, would I be unreasonable to 'take' my DC extra days to make up my 50/50? He has sent me the days he is working and instructed this is my time with my DC. There has been no discussion. This is not what the court order allows for, but there is no set days laid down so I'm in a difficult position.
