I just started my new job as a head of department. A lot is expected of me and I really love the company/role. It does mean I'm also on the road quite often.
This week was also my youngest first week at school. We chose that school because of their wraparound care, but it turns out everything is already booked!
I don't know what to do and I'm ready to have a drink. I've already asked in the local relevant groups for childminder recommendations. I'm starting to think I need an au pair.
