I want the boss's home phone number so I can ring him hourly until he agrees to keep the old version.

Have you seen the new one? It has jumping flashing ads all round the map, I have to squidge it down into the bottom LH corner of my screen to block the buggers out, and they are using a new version of the maps, with no scales, so you can't just flick between one and another until you get the map you want.

I HATE IT! And they are doing away with the old one in 3 weeks!

(I use them for work, both works in fact, to find which places are near other places and where county boundaries are and to flick straight into the OS page, the new one is HORRIBLE)

I always use Streetmap, I never got on with Multimap.

multimap never used to change size when you scrolled either, but they do now, I keep doing it by accident. I think they are fine for finding a place in isolation, or for getting from A to B (though I was to see that one of the "my multimap saved journeys" was "home to work" - why would you need a map?????) but not for what I want them for.

Tis v v frustrating.

bran, you angel, that's almost the same as multimap used to be!

It only lets you go up and down in steps, you can't go straight to the scale, but the road-map-with-county-boundaries is the one I
want!
