My right nipple is quite a lot larger than the other. Tbh I don't know if this is normal for me. I never really took much notice of the size of them but recently it has come to my attention that there is a noticeable difference in size.

It can be normal but if it’s something that’s changed recently then it may be worth getting checked. I know you say you’re not sure if it’s new for you, in which case it would be best to make an appt to discuss with your GP (if you can). I think even if it was a recent change, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything untoward but best to put your mind at rest.

I would get this checked out, just to be sure. It may very well be that this has always been normal for you (I think different-sized nipples are quite common?) and you genuinely haven't noticed previously, but there may nonetheless be a chance that something has changed to cause a different appearance, which has drawn your attention recently.....please don't think I'm scaremongering or saying it means something awful! But it is better to rule something out than ignore something potentially concerning in terms of breast irregularities. It may well play on your mind if you don't get a doctor’s opinion too..... If it was me, I wouldn't be worrying, but would make an appointment just to rule anything untoward out. Hopefully you can get a proper breast exam from a GP to put your mind at rest.
