I am due any day now and I'm not expecting to be coming home in my pre pregnancy jeans and as I have a very large bump, I'm not expecting it to disappear into thin air.
I've lived in floaty maternity sundresses for the last few months.
So what did you wear to hide the postpartum belly while getting back to shape?
D like to get a few things to prepare.

I was a nurse so scrubs worked for a few weeks.

Granny knickers, Sweaty Betty yoga pants and a loose top (I had some button-up vests which were great for breastfeeding).

I could get into my usual leggings immediately, and jeans after about three weeks, but I had a c-section and didn't want anything pressing on the scar for about a month.

I had a lot of maxi style maternity dresses that were also for breastfeeding, so I wore a lot of those. Looking back at pictures though, with my second who was spring I was also wearing normal skirts, tights, heels etc after about a week. Luckily my bump went down really quickly, though it was later that I put on weight again!

I went out a lot from getting home, so didn't really want slobbing about clothes. Bleeding was minimal and gone by day 10, no weird smells, no sweating and no leaking boobs. I got lucky!
