LOL.

Far worse is being in the pool when the school kids you teach (teenagers) get in!

ranting · 18/04/2008 20:50

I do hope he didn't have a banana hammock on!

FloridaKbear · 18/04/2008 20:51

YANBU

Recently I had to tread water and chat to someone I had a major crush on at school - it wasn't good.

zippitippitoes · 18/04/2008 20:51

i tried tio ignore him unfortunately there were only half a dozen people in it

zippitippitoes · 18/04/2008 20:52

luckily he seemed to be wearing quite large shorts

but then he is not small

He is rather attractive half naked? Will you be able to look him in the eye when you next see him, or will your eyes rove a little?

Pavlovthecat · 18/04/2008 20:54

that should have been 'is he?' not 'he is?' I do not know if he is!!

CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 20:54

god yes like worlds colliding
shouldn't be allowed!
hard to know what to say in those circumstances isn't it

This has reminded me of something I've been trying not to think about for a while. I'm going on a corporate trip to Monte Carlo in a couple of weeks, won for " deal of the month". 8/10 of the deal team going are men, people who normally see me only in very conservative suits, surely I'm not expected to appear in front of them in a swimsuit I may have to refer to the style ladies.

Exactly as you say Cat - worlds colliding

zippitippitoes · 18/04/2008 21:03

yes well obviously these people are supposed to do that andy pandy thing and get back in the toy box at the end of the day not meander off into real places

There is a swimming pool next to my office so I frequently see my colleagues in various states of undress. Can be a bit weird.

unknownrebelbang · 19/04/2008 13:19

A woman we know from school was in the pool when DH went a while back. She made him turn round so she could get out of the pool without him seeing her bum.

He obliged, very amused, and he very kindly said "it doesn't matter, I'm used to seeing rebel's" .
