To expect instagram to give me back my hacked account?

Somebody has hacked my instagram and is posting about bitcoin. Does ANYBODY have any success stories of getting theirs back? They changed the email and contact info so no chance of getting it back through regular channels and there is nobody real to contact at Meta.

Any help would be massively appreciated

Happened to a friend, she lost her small business account. Never got it back.
