I am on PAYG.
I paid cash credit on Saturday of £10 and then converted to a data pack of the same value later that day. Now on my bank account it shows I have been billed twice ? Once on Saturday and then on Monday.
When I look at my balance history it shows £10 added on the Saturday bt then-10 on Monday. What's happened here? Am having no joy with live chat....my collegue got frauded on this network last year so am a bit concerned
