Hi all I'm a council tenant my neibour who bought her council house has been a witch ever since towards me.ive got hate crimes going on with the police.been intouch with icso but I'm not getting no where .here is the problem the neigbour woman when I'm in our garden could be doing anything she would be at her window all the time watching me.it didn't bother me but now she's put cctv up front back with are a dome shape and they can be moved remotely.so he had gone away hooray I thought peace quite but oh no I went into garden to put washing out and I just turned round and seen the cctv move from pointing in her garden towards me and it stayed that way all day.i feel like she's stalking me when she's at home she's watching me and when she goes away she's watching me I've contacted police but they say civil matter
