to expect dd who has managed to wet herself 6 times today to at least have enough wee to provide a urine sample?

dd is 3.5 and has been wetting herself 6+ times a day for the last week - it's driving me crazy as I'm inclined to think that it is deliberate / attention seeking. I am taking her to the doctor at 5.20pm and they have asked me to bring in a urine sample so I've been trying to get her to sit on the potty for the last hour and lo and behold - she tells me she has no wee to come out. .

I know I'm being grumpy but it's Friday afternoon, the washing basket is full up of pissy pants and trousers and I just want dd to make life easier for one moment.

Ah.. finally she managed it - I waved a packet of smarties in front her and she magically produced a wee! Still, the doctor said there is nothing wrong with her so no explanation for all the accidents we've been having. I'm putting her back into pull-ups this weekend to give us all a break.
