Bra for droopy large (formerly) breasts

AIBU to be appalled that I can not get good support t-shirt bra for my formerly DD, but now C breasts? I am 52, work in uniform which shows everything, so I need to wear t-shirt bra. Currently wearing M&S bras, but they are so uncomfortable! Also, hate synthetic on my skin, so it has to be cotton. Also, don't want to spend my week's salary on one bra.
Honestly, I think it would be cheaper and much more comfortable for the future, to have a breast reduction op- that's how much I am suffering.
I took to walking around in my house without a bra- but that is not what I want to do.
Does such a bra exist: cotton, supportive and comfortable to wear?

I have similar saggy boobs and have resorted to Asda T-shirt bras. They are not cotton but I have found them fine, sizing is a bit hit and miss though, I have to try on and return some
