And this is a girl? Every single person has said boy so far. The first 3 pics are from 12 weeks, the second 2 are at 15 weeks. We find out the gender in 3 weeks, but I'm now convinced it's a boy and trying to refrain from buying blue already.

There is clearly a wiener in picture 5.

Hereforaglance · 03/09/2024 21:49

Looks like a healthy baby to me rest doesn't matter why not do it old fashioned way and wait till it born to much emphasis put on gender these days

Saluteee · 03/09/2024 21:52

My scan was similar to that one and i got a little boy😍

Tittyfilarious · 04/09/2024 10:30

@PepaWepa I'd just buy both blankets anyway because they are lovely 😊

Katemax82 · 04/09/2024 11:32

Personally I only went on the nub theory when trying to decipher my kids 12 week scans. Now I've seen this I'm worried my next one (next Tuesday) will be the same and I won't be able to tell either. If you go on head shape etc not sure that accurate, my youngest looked female but had a nub protruding more than 30°

I work in fetal medicine....no way of telling from those pictures.

Thank you.. I was hoping somebody in the profession would come along! That's great, I can let go of the idea that it's definitely a boy then. Thank you!

If it’s not a weiner in picture 5, what am I seeing? 😂

I'd say that was the umbilical cord entering the abdomen

oh well, like i care! i was answering a question based on my experience, i don't care if your sister had a similar one and it was a girl, i didn't ask. doesn't mean that ops is a boy or a girl cause im no doctor. i said what MY scan looked like and it came out a boy.

PepaWepa · 23/09/2024 17:40

@Newsenmum It's a boy!!!! 😁💙

Congratulations. I would have been delighted by either. You are a lucky woman. Blessings to you. 🙌🏻
