Honestly is there anything that helps? I’m so sleep deprived it’s utter torture and it’s affecting everything. I’m at breaking point. I can’t work, I’m snapping. I’m exhausted, and I have a lot of health problems to cope with already.

He’s been referred to sleep clinic - we’ve been waiting 2 years. He put a lot of weight on and that’s when it started, but he’s made no attempt to loose the weight/get fitter.

Is that 18 months for the sleep clinic? I don’t know what money you have but I would seriously be looking at buying a CPAP machine. They have some on Amazon for around £300. Get decent reviews. It can’t do him any harm. It may not be something you can stretch to immediately but something to save up for. Could be life changing and even life saving. People die from sleep apnea.

Yes he’s been in the list nearly two years, apparently they are now booking Jan 2022 referrals and he was referral Nov 2022, and they’ve advised it’ll be another 18 months.

We can probably stretch to a few hundred right now but not thousands - a lots up in the air financially with my work right now so we need to play it cautious.
