Possible detached retina

Posting here for traffic!

I had refractive lens replacement surgery just under 3 months ago. Yesterday, I got some flashing lights, floaters and cloudy vision in my right eye. I got to the hospital who did the surgery and saw the optometrist. She said there was definitely a small haemorrhage but she couldn't properly see if it was detached. She also said my eyes were the driest she's ever seen.
Anyway, she spoke to my consultant and I've been given steroid drops and I'm going back on Monday. Dryness is better this morning, but I still have the floaters and cloudy vision

Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome? I'm so scared, I'm out of breath.

I would go to an opticians today if you can. My opticians diagnosed my partially detached retina when my local A&E didn’t.
I ended up at Moorfields in London that same day with a referral from the opticians.
I wouldn’t wait until Monday.

How is this now?
I'm interested to know people's experiences of this type of surgery?
