Allergies!?

I never used to be allergic to anything. No hayfever, no weird rashes, could eat anything. Have got to late 40’s and now everything sets me off. All skincare gives me spots. Anything beyond beige gives me indigestion. Sneezing is constant and itching is all the time and all over. If this is perimenopause then what the hell.. I think I am allergic to everything now!

I don't have hay fever but I started zinc magnesium and vitamin d tablets a few days ago and now I'm puffy and rashy and itching like I've got fleas 😭😂

I went outside to eat lunch today and the hay fever was so bad I couldn't see. I feel you OP

Maybe it is that! Went out and had an ice cream and sneezed all the time!
