Why do people do this

As I was in the car I just saw someone throw a cigarette out the window why do people still think this is ok to do. But then it got me thinking what do people do if they are smoking in a car as there is no ashtray. It really boiled my blood. A few weeks ago I saw someone drop some litter on purpose so I picked it up and said excuse me you dropped this she huffed at me and rolled her eyes.

Some people don't give a toss or weren't brought up to show consideration for others and the environment.

I saw people spitting out huge gobs onto the ground during the Covid epidemic. I couldn’t believe it.

Regarding littering, I see it happen even when right next to a litter bin.

I have always got an empty can in my car and put the fag end in it. There is a little bit of drink still in it and take it out when I get home.
