Filling out an online application and this question is.. if you were an animal, what animal would you be? And why?
Is there some psychology behind a question like this?
What are they asking exactly?
I'm actually quite happy being human but if there's a psychology behind it that lands me the job then happy to put down the 'right' answer.

Unless I was desperate for this role, I’d decline to answer.

It’s right up there with “why do you want this job?” - quite obviously for money to fund living & breathing.

Urg. What bollocks. Is it a sales job? My monies on if you get an interview you'll get asked to bring a meaningful item and sell them it.
