Help needed please, just ordered £200 worth of food shopping to my old address

Is there anything I can do? Amend my order is just letting me add stuff to my basket, not change my delivery address?? Is it too late? I'm trying to speak to someone on their customer service number but it's just automatically options going round in circles! I'm so stressed! Can anyone help me please?

When is it being delivered? Today? If it's any other day you should just be able to cancel. What shop is it?

Its for delivery this evening 9-10pm. I wanted to avoid cancelling the whole bloody thing and starting again as it's a lot of stuff. I've managed to get through to the store and they've taken it off delivery and put it on click and collect instead, phew!! Thanks everyone, I had such a panic there 😂

Ah phew, I know what you mean, once Tescos had a breakdown and they said they might have to cancel and I pleaded with them not to and said I'd pick it up to avoid having to redo the whole shop, soul destroying 😂 when an order has completed you can just re-add the items, but not sure you get that option if the order is cancelled!

This happened to me, the stuff actually got sent to our old address but luckily there was no one living there yet so it got returned and refunded

Been there, done that. There’s nothing worse than the out and out fear that you’re about to lose all the food shopping you’ve paid for. So glad they managed to change it for you!
