Just a heads up that this is a brilliant programme.
I watched Series 1 based in Preston, now he takes some of the lads over to India.
After his horrific car accident, for him to carry on with this is amazing but also his empathy and compassion to his young, troubled team is amazing.
Always liked Andrew but this show just shows how some kids with a different background just need a different approach.
Would love him to get a knighthood from this.
Even if you don't like cricket this is worth a watch, watch Series 1 first though to see the lads progression

Agreed, really enjoying this second series! Definitely need to watch the first to really understand the impact on everyone. It's almost making me enjoy cricket...

The joy is you don't even need to follow or like cricket to enjoy it (although I do love cricket).
Do watch Series 1, Sean was a completely different person, very frustrating but understandably so, its been a joy watching him mature as I rooted for him in S1

I hope this wins some awards - FF is so open hearted and (once again) he leads by example by showing and talking about his vulnerabilities - one of the best programs I've seen for a while.

Absolutely, this is a great programme. I detest cricket, but I'm full of admiration for Freddie pulling himself back up and getting on with it for the sake of his young team.

It’s brilliant, supporting teenagers with problems and allowing them space to grow and take responsibility- just watched last night’s and thought it was great. Favourite bit without spoiling was Freddie calling himself poacher turned gamekeeper behaviour wise, but it helps to make him empathetic

I got watching this by accident while channel flicking and it’s really good. Enjoyed it.

I adore this programme. It's just so heartwarming. An emotional rollercoaster and has softened my swinging brick of a heart.

All the boys have done so well and Freddie is just amazing with them.

I can't praise it enough and have been telling everyone to watch it.

Great series, some of the team have tremendous problems and Freddie is so patient, generous and brave.
I read that after his accident, Freddie did not want to leave the house, and he has really made the effort with these youngsters.
It's sad seeing the extent of Freddie's injuries, psychological as well as physical, it's affected his speech considerably too. I bet there is more surgery to come.
