That doesn't all bunch up in one corner and isn't too hot or cold.

Please

Marks and Spencer down. Got one in the sale last year, pricey but so worth it.

cupcaske123 · 28/08/2024 20:00

I've got a goose down Slumber down which is great.

moggerhanger · 28/08/2024 20:08

I have a Devon Duvets wool one and I absolutely love it. Warm enough for the middle of winter and cool enough for most of the rest of the year. We only kick it off at the height of summer.

Baavet all the way, I would never go back to down. The Baavet is so snuggly and warm without being sweaty. It’s much lighter and thinner than down while still being warm which means it wraps around you perfectly. I really love mine!

What weight do you have?

Baavet, got one after being recommended on here. Very good, use it all year around. Nice, helpful people.

Also got the dogbed in the end too, dog really likes it and it doesn't go to smell.

Pixiewombat · 28/08/2024 21:01

I asked Baavet to recommend the right weight for me, spot on.

NancyBellaDonna · 28/08/2024 21:03

Devon Duvets with wool stuffing.

They do an all year round tog. I use in winter and is great but on really cold nights you need a blanket on top. But it's a great all rounder for all the seasons, machine washable and doesn't need sheets . Excellent quality. Ive had the same one and it gets, for a few years now and it gets washed once a week and still looks and feels good. Also dries super quick. And sorry to add.. no bunching up whatsoever.

Night Lark Coverless Duvet (Previously Night Owl)

Introducing the Night Lark, the all-in-one coverless duvet that sings to a different tune. No more grappling with duvet covers on laundry day. Made in our European eco-factory. Lightweight, quick to wash, and dries fast. Night Owl has spread its wings...

Baavet for me!

VictoryOrDeath · 28/08/2024 22:39

I've got an all seasons John Lewis one, which is two duvets really - a 9 and a 4 tog one I think, and you can clip them together in winter. I've just swapped from the 4 to the 9 tog one.

hby9628 · 28/08/2024 22:47

Those fine bedding duvets are brilliant. We have them for the kids
I'd love one but our crappy washing machine wouldn't manage a super king size. Can't wait for the current machine to die so we can get a bigger one to accommodate it!

Pixiewombat · 29/08/2024 08:45

I've also got the coverless duvet. Love it too but it's a very different thing...

bridgetreilly · 29/08/2024 08:51

Wool all the way! I love mine so much.

Bollihobs · 29/08/2024 09:05

Another vote for wool.

I hate big fluffy duvets, I like the weight of a wool duvet and how it covers me neatly rather than being all over the place.

Got mine in Dunelm a few years ago.

4LittleSpeckledFrogs · 29/08/2024 10:07

Is that one alright? It's on sale for 55 for a king

I don't know but Baavet have seconds, often just a few stitches missing or in the wrong place. I have a Baavet seconds king size. The quality is amazing

4LittleSpeckledFrogs · 29/08/2024 10:27

It's still double the price.

They do look nice but TBH my standard duvet is whatever is reduced in Asda or Argod so I think the slumber down wool is still a nice step up for me 😅

Maybe the next step will be the baavet.
