Left behind, plugged into the wall (hidden behind the curtain) in a hotel in Wavre. Posting here for traffic, think we'll be checking out in about 3 hours and I will leave at reception unless I can 'find' the owner before we leave. ( then bring home and post in the UK).
Oliver Y, if you are out there ( maybe still in Belgium or Netherlands) and your parent/ carer would like your light back, world of mumsnet please fly into action.....

You can bring it to reception and ask them to contact the people that were in the room before you.

I can understand the rush to help if it was a sentimental item like a teddy, but buying a new one might cost less than the post. Give it to reception as they will know if it was asked for.

I will do if this doesn't work, relies on the hotel contacting them and posting it back.
