Best to agree to disagree sometimes. Somethings we agree on for sure but it’s clear that we have very different opinions and views on others (for which we are both completely entitled to).

I’ve definitely seen Catherine referred to in print as Middleton as I remember thinking no one referred to Diana as Spencer.

Similar to RB face, his eyes are close together which tends to make his default expression wary and watchful.
Most likely he's just bored.

I've never seen Kate referred to as Middleton. Not on Mumsnet surely not.
