It's just a joke. We are 6 months into a 2 year contract with Airband. And we have yet to go a week without an issue. The connection is unstable, cuts out all the time, it makes working from home very very difficult and yep, they know all this but their customer service also happens to be shocking
So AIBU to ask (demand?!) to come out of the contract? They haven't supplied the speeds they promised anyway, let alone the horrendous service
And how do you go about coming out of a contract or are you just locked in?
Have contacted them approximately 30 times over the past 6 months. Fobbed off, ignored, told we could perhaps try a hub, said there's no issues, told they're 'working on it,' you name it, we've heard it - and it's not just me - it's everyone who was daft enough to sign up on our small estate
Had enough now and want to go back to BT or Sky or literally anyone else
