Just that really, what’s the game plan after losing weight via jabs? This is for people who found it impossible to lose weight / keep weight off prior?

This is not a judgment, this is a serious question.

Obviously if diet/exercise were the answer, no one would need jabs? So what’s stopping the weight all piling back on once you’re no longer eligible for jabs? Or do they allow you to be on a maintenance dose forever? My understanding was they stop prescribing once you’re under a bmi of 25, but I could be wrong on this.

I would imagine the same as if you lose all the weight by following a diet?

Same thing that happens to everyone after going on a diet to lose weight- they either keep up that way of eating, or they regain the weight.

Sorry I responded to the thread title question!

If you have further questions about taking those drugs after reaching a healthy BMI, there's a forum for that on MN, under Weight loss injections.

Go on to a maintenance dose I would image and keep eating at a reduced kevel

Enough weight lost to make regular exercise more enjoyable?
