Trying - and failing - to buy Premier League tickets - can anyone help please?

I’m looking for 2 Premier League football tickets for me and a family member, for their birthday present, for a Tottenham home match before Christmas.

I tried to buy them when they went on sale this morning, but they sold out too quickly unfortunately.

I’ve put out a message on Twitter/X to ask if anyone can help me get them, but (predictably) have just been contacted by people who don’t seem to be legit. I’ll also try and see if I can get the tickets on the official resale site, as that has worked in the past. As a further option, I just thought I’d try my luck on here, to see if anyone could help!

I used the official package for a Man U match and although seats were in the gods it worked out. The nest bet is to aim for matches against lower ranked clubs. Alternatively if they have a women's team that's often a good way to get into the stadium (Arsenal I know sell tickets to women's for around 20 I think )

I've found champions league much easier to get. Tottenham are in the europa this season, is that worth a shout?

Aim for a game that’s on tv as there may be less demand to watch in person. Sky/TNT normally announce what games will be on tv about a month before and fixtures get amended accordingly.

You'll need to go corporate or go to an away game, or make friends with a season ticket holder.

I took my son to a Man City game for his birthday. I could have got tickets the 'normal' way, but by the time I paid for a membership and the tickets they were working out about £200 for the cheapest tickets.

I then looked at their official partners and they had a travel package company listed similar to the one linked above. Contacted them and got 2 tickets in a 'medium' area of the stadium plus a 4 star city centre hotel for £295 - way cheaper than doing it all separately.

Would recommend looking at that, but go to Spurs website and find an official partner as the tickets will be guaranteed

Also as someone mentioned above, the matches for December won't have confirmed kick off days/times until possibly mid-October, so it'll say "Saturday 3pm" just now but will likely move.

I’m a Tottenham season ticket holder. The demand for PL tickets is insane. You MIGHT be lucky and get two together on the exchange but it’s a live system so you’ll need to keep checking. Europa league will be easier, as will Carabao or FA cup.

you can also look at hospitality. StubHub etc are full of scams.

My relative and I are both based in London (where the Tottenham stadium is), so I don’t think we’d get much use out of the hotel, so it would be a shame to have to pay for that as part of the package. I appreciate your help though! So annoying how it’s so difficult to get hold of PL tickets 😭 I knew they were hard to come by, but even so! 😂
