I'm too heavy. Overweight in general. My tits pre babies were 32D. I'm now a 38E. My stomach, shoulders, chest and back are where my weight is. Any experts/personal trainers out here who can tell me what to do? Weights? Exercises? Cardio going to be better? I'm a square block. I'm depressed about it. I need to make a change. Any and all advice is welcome. 🙏🏻
