Day 1 period. Been thinking about doing it for about an hour...

I am jealous you have 24/7 access to chocolate. I would probably have a special standby chocolate shopping outfit to pull over my PJs - maybe an overall of some sort - if I was lucky enough to have a shop like that nearby.

Have you got any Nutella in the house? Few teaspoons of that sort out a craving, or a sweet cuppa, or honey on toast, so cereal with sugar on?

Basically it's fat and sugar you are craving!

Do you have Uber eats or deliveroo? You can order groceries through there.

I wouldn't - brush your teeth, get into your comfy bed and get stuck into a book. You'll feel much better in the morning for it!

I would go. Put on tracksuit trousers and a jacket. I don't see the point in longing after something when it's possible to go get it and be satisfied

I would use UberEats and get a small haul of groceries delivered with it so you don't feel so bad about the delivery charge

I can just put it out of sight & it doesn't call to me. Lucky I guess. But MANY other issues I'd swap for this!!

I have a friend who CANNOT have chocolate in the house. After years of buying her kids Christmas Sekdction boxes. Chocolate coins, Easter Eggs & having to replace them several times over before the Event. She now brings them straight to mine, no going home first! 😂😂

Menopause sucks big time, I'd far rather have my periods back (even the heavy ones) but I cursed them at the time
