Not an AIBU bit just posting for traffic. I'm looking for a new cleansing balm for my face, needs to be a balm as other toes don't suit my skin. I used upcircle for ages but now it seems my skin is wanting a bit of a change to that one. And recommendations? Thank you 😍

I love the Elemis pro collagen! It's my go to, smells great and works really well for my skin.

CaputDraconis · 17/08/2024 12:23

I love the Emma Hardie Moringa cleansing balm.

TokyoSushi · 17/08/2024 12:26

Emma Hardie Morninga is the ultimate cleaning balm, it smells like an absolute dream too!

MsMajeika · 17/08/2024 12:30

The Superdrug Melting Cleansing Balm is incredible. I saw it on a This Morning segment and bought it based on how well it removed makeup. I'd never used one before so not sure if they all work this well, but I love it!

ExplodingCarrots · 17/08/2024 12:34

I used Elemis pro collagen for years and yes it's great but then I found beauty bays chamomile and oat lipid cleansing balm and it does just as well for my skin for over more than half the price .

magicmushrooms · 17/08/2024 12:39

White rabbit cleansing balm is ready nice.

ihaveanaughtydog · 17/08/2024 12:43

The Elf cleansing balm is brilliant, as is the Sally Hughes/revolution one. Don't like the other revolution one though. It's too waxy.

itstimeforme · 17/08/2024 12:45

M and S Pure rose cleaning balm is really lovely

itstimeforme · 17/08/2024 12:46

*cleansing

tsmainsqueeze · 17/08/2024 12:47

Elemis is lovely , M&S pure range is equal to it , both smell gorgeous and leave skin feeling cleansed and soothed .

ChildrenOfTheQuorn · 17/08/2024 12:49

ELF or Emma Hardie depending on how much you want to splurge.

Yardbird · 17/08/2024 12:50

Clinique take the day off, or Beauty Pie Japanese Fusion (in the pink tube).

Although now I want to try the Emma Hardie one!

MotherOfVizslas · 17/08/2024 12:52

Temple Spa 'In The Beginning' is gorgeous and my fave

Offredismysister · 17/08/2024 12:58

I’ve tried Emma Hardie, Eve Lom, Elemis, Superdrug, Oskia & Then I met you.

I rated them all, Elemis is the one I keep coming back to as it lasts ages & is really luxurious. I felt the Superdrug one did the job but was a false economy as it doesn’t last 5 minutes.

KenAdams · 17/08/2024 13:01

Clinique take the day off

Sugarnspicenallthingsnaice · 17/08/2024 13:04

I love Body Shop's chamomile balm.

Icouldabeenalawyer · 17/08/2024 13:12

I’ve been using the inkey list cleansing balm for about a year. It’s lovely and gentle and melts my make up off. I’m prone to spots but no break out using it

ilovecatsmorethancheese · 17/08/2024 13:13

Clean Green by Farmacy is my fav. Smells zesty and fresh and melts make up off easily without leaving a film on my face.

Purplegurple · 17/08/2024 13:26

Lots of ideas here, thank you so much!! Xx

I like the Farmacy ones, good price for something that lasts a long time.
I really don’t like the smell of the Emma hardie one, it’s too medicinal for me although it does the job.
I also love the dermalogica pre cleanse oil if I’m wearing makeup, really seems to break everything down and leaves my skin feeling very nourished.

IdLikeToBeAFraser · 17/08/2024 13:30

I agree with @ilovecatsmorethancheese Clean Green is amazing and I love it. Contrary to all beauty experts' advice - my cleanser is the thing I spend money on as I just love it so much while I have all sorts of cheap and cheerful moisterisers and serums.

I also quite like the Body Shop Camomile one but it just doesn't have the same fabulous user experience.

The Elemis one is super popular and looks and smells amazing - just very very pricey.

I have heard good things about the ELF one and have been thinking of getting it to try as a back up.

TheGreatestAtuin · 17/08/2024 13:30

I love the Clinique Take the Day off. But I've stopped buying it as it's expensive. I specifically like that it isn't fragranced.

I now use the Inkey List Oat Cleansing balm, which I do also like, if not quite as much as the Clinique one. It comes in a tube too which is more hygenic (although I always need to cut the tube open to get the dregs out).

Sparkletastic · 17/08/2024 13:33

The Byoma balm is fab - smells great, funky packaging, reasonably priced.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 17/08/2024 13:33

I have an M&S one &( teal green tub) but recently bought Pai light rosehip oil which is lovely.

Tried a mini of the Superdrug one but it smelled very basic and a bit off.
BodyShop Camomile is nice too

I love Body Shop's chamomile balm.
