What level of fuckwittery is this?! Has anyone had to do one?
Applied for a role, applied action and cv submitted. Received a random email inviting me to a digital pre first round interview. Digital as in on line with an AI interviewer asking the questions. Oh and there are games at the end to 'help the employer assess how you think'.
It's seriously putting me off carrying on!
