So been speaking to 2 different guys online.
I don’t want to chat for weeks online, Would rather meet quickly, that way I can see if theirs a spark and if in person they are for me.
Have a date arranged with one of them for next week (distance and schedules). We get on really well, have had multiple calls etc and I’m excited to meet.

Had a date with the other yesterday, just a coffee. It seemed to go well and he wants to meet again.
Part of me wants to hold off until I meet guy 1 but at the same time don’t want to cut contact with guy 2.
What do others do.
I like them both but they are very different

Help

Don't cut off contact with any of them until you have met guy 1. That way you can decide who you feel is a better match to you.

This is the best reply you'll get @new2thisdate and fully agree.

My rule of thumb was: up to the three month mark, assume they might be seeing others unless you agree otherwise. After three months, assume exclusivity unless agreed otherwise.

Yeah you don’t need to narrow it down at this point. Anything could happen between now and your next date, a new match, the date gets cancelled or he ghosts you, cancels at the last minute etc. Until you’ve been on 3 or 4 dates at least I wouldn’t worry about dating several people.

I did what you’re considering when I met my XP. Now I kind of wish I’d continued looking 😂
