Currently sat in A and E very scared and alone after a mental health relapse and don’t have any one I can call x

Well done for being courageous and taking yourself to A&E. Have you used this hospital before? Are you clear about what symptoms/feelings you would like them to help you with and how you would like them to do it?

Thank you for your kind messages 🩷 I’m in crisis so Iam waiting for an assessment for admission . I have a diagnosis all ready just having a major relapse ! No - I do t have anyone to call . Am all on my own x

Well done for realising you need help and getting yourself to a&e. Hope you don't have to wait too long and you're able to get the help you need. I think you've done the hardest step. (From someone who's had a MH admission in the past)

Just to take your mind off things, my dd and her bf are coming over for dinner and I’ve just burnt the main course! Arrgh!
