to be peed off with DH for opening my post and not telling me about it!!!!!!

Firstly I'm not peed off with the privacy thing - I have no secrets from him and vice versa. (Not that I would open his mail anyway)

But he has opened my credit card statement, which again is fine, as there's nothing on there that he doesn't know about. But he hasn't told me that it had arrived, let alone that he'd opened it, and now I've missed the payment date.

And he's also got rid of the envelope to post my payment back in.

Grrrr.

The first time ever on here I have said YANBU the stupid numpty and what did he want to go and do that for.

He's in work - only found it this morning as it was in a pile of bank statements that I tidied up.

Was it def him? My DS1 likes to open the mail if he gets to it first!

Not sure if yabu or not! I quite often open DH's mail as he can leave it sitting there for days/weeks otherwise and I like to check its nothing that needs a response and I admit I have occasionally opened things and then forgotten to tell him..

Tell him whats happened, he'll most likely apologise and offer to pay the charge so all ok
