To wish we could have more of big picture view at Olympics (water)

I have been watching rowing and sailing the last couple of days. I find it so frustrating as they're always zooming in on individual boats or teams so you can't see what's actually happening in terms of one boat getting ahead of another? Is it just me? it drives me mad.

Is this just a BBC thing or is this standard feed for all tv watching?

I assume the filming of the races is standard feed not BBC

Yep. It's not the BBC that are filming everything. All countries get the same feed.
They do zoom out from time to time though. It's not that bad.

Yes, I'm sure it's the same feed. Still irritates me! :)
