Driving on motorway yesterday and a lot of debris came towards the car. A car then swerved into the hard shoulder woth damage to the side wing., I didn't actually see an accident. A black BMW sped up down the motorway. Some miles down I saw the same car going very slowly with damage also to his car. I memorised the number plate
I spoke to DH about what if anything I should do with the information. He said as I didn't actually witness any accident I should just forget about it
