The CMS are sending my details to my abusive ex as ‘I have requested them to do that.’

I clearly have not requested that and cannot get through to them to ask what is going on. I suspect he is behind this and is trying to get out of paying for his girls. He has lied and lied to CMS and a judge acknowledged that and found in my favour in the past.

I am now scared. I had a restraining order and the CMS knows the history.

What can I do ? I can’t get through on the phone . Who can I escalate this to. No recent violence or direct contacts so police etc would not be interested .

Keep trying on the phone and fill in the complaform online. If he gets in touch in any way, then phone the police.

Will do an online form complaint as have to work and my job is hands on.

Its so stressful I can’t take time off work to ring them I don’t know what to do.
