Noticed a lump on eyelid. Not sure how long it’s been there. Can uk lash do that?

I stopped using it about a month ago as I got a red lower eye. Noticed a lump in middle of eyelid now. Could it be related?

Could be. Especially if you already had a previous reaction.

I used the same lash serum & had a horrible reaction - both eyes became swollen, red and itchy. I had to go to the pharmacy for special eye drops. It’s the Prostaglandins, which shouldn’t be going anywhere near your eyes tbh. Horrible stuff.

Hopefully that’s all it is. Has made me panic. Guess finding a lump does that! Got opticians end of Aug so will ask them if it hasn’t gone by then!

if it’s only a lump with no discharge or vision change try a hot compress for a few days to see if that helps.

No idea about the serum but a friend had a cancerous lump on her lower eyelid and it was removed in two procedures. I would get it looked at as soon as I could. Hopefully it’s just a reaction but you need to be sure.

I will do. Opticians in a couple of weeks so will ask them if I still have it. Not sure how long it’s been there to be honest. Hopefully both the red lower eye and the lump are to do with the lash serum and nothing more sinister.

I’m away at the moment at the opposite end of the country and feeling worried. Need to put it out of my mind now.

No not yet. It hasn’t gone even with a warm
compress though. I have the opticians soon so will ask them. I just hope it’s from the uk lash and nothing to worry about.

I have the exact same thing and it’s grown bigger over this last year. I anlso used UK Lash annd it started when I was using this product. Optician said it’s called a cyst of moll and would need to be surgically removed. He inferred it was still small and no one would look at it. I don’t think it’s small and it is definitely getting bigger now. Feeling quite frustrated- warm compress doesn’t help at all.
