Probably just me and things in my own life, but I’m feeling very unsettled recently and not sure why, feels like things are changing, hard to shake the feeling

All in agreement…so if it’s not just me, what is it? Had it in varying degrees since covid, just a lack of the cosy security of before, but there feels a real shift and so many things changing

Humans crave certainty because it feels safe, yet by it's nature, life is full of change, hence the uneasy feeling. Can you identify some of the things that are changing for you at the moment? It's sounds like you're wanting connection and to understand why you're feeling the way you do. I'm not sure anyone can answer that apart from you. I'm sure you're not the only person feeling unsettled - but there will obviously be many reasons.

At any one given moment, there will always be a certain percentage of the population feeling like this

This is true, just wondered if it was more of a wider feeling, likely not as that seems crazy

I was until the election (UK). Looking forward to some stability now. If Kamala Harris wins in November, all the better.

Yes and no. In some ways yes because I’m going through a lot of changes in life and hope that everything goes well and stays stable, but also no because I’ve been working towards this and wanting this for ages and really think it could work out
