Nipple constantly white

My nipple is a bit sore and Is now permanently white. Anyone know what this could be ? Starting to get worried. I’ve looked up nipple vasoplasm. Not sure if it’s that or maybe thrush? Concerned though. I’m no longer breast feeding

I know someone who had this when she was breastfeeding. It was Raynauds, the same as people get in their fingers.

Thank you I’m wondering about that as it runs in the family but mine hasn’t returned to normal so I’m wondering if it could still be that? It just seems to be white all the time
