Mole changes

My brown mole that I've only had for about 6 months started looking a little scabby the other day now slightly reddish should I be concerned or is it normal

Op seek advice from your GP ASAP. They are best to check this for you. They will give you the right advice and you'll be much more reassured for seeing the gp. Wishing you all the best and fingers crossed it's all OK.
