When I woke up this morning I noticed my neck was very bumpy, like when you get goosebumps but more noticeable, and a bit itchy. Throughout the day the rash has spread to my shoulders and arms although not my stomach/back really. It’s now itching all over. It’s not red so you can’t really see it unless you’re fairly close up, but it’s like big goosebumps and feels rough to touch.
I don’t feel unwell and I can’t think what I might’ve come in contact with to cause a reaction, is this a job for antihistamines?
