Kids screaming

I live in spain since bexit most of my neighbours have turned their houses into airbnbs for the last 2 years during the summer months all I can hear is screaming kids.
Just for the record I love the sound of happy children but screaming not so much . I'm so fed up I live and work here I pay services charges for a pool I can't use because it full of kids all I want to do is go ahhhhhh

So you're on a complex? It must be in the contract that people can turn it into rented accommodation.

No in my area it can take up to a year to get a tourist licence but somehow they are allowed. I pay for a management company that look after the community but they don't care

Plus it's not a complex it's 30 villas that share 3 pools I pay over €2000 a year for the privalge of living here

If ita allowed then unfortunately it's the risk you take living there.

Not allowed, also have a siesta time that they don't take any notice of. Its just tiring I'm exusted they are out till at 11pm. I go to work at 8am it's hot. I know they are on holiday but we are not a holiday resort.

30 villas and 3 pools is a complex.

Anyway the management company need to step in. If subletting / air bnb is allowed under contract there is not much you can do.

No it's not it's gated community it's not a holiday resort in anyway I don't even know why you would take children here there is nothing for them.
I'm assuming it's a cheap place to stay

Report them, they probably haven't got tourist licenses and the councils want to start stopping ab&b so you'll probably get somewhere with it.

I've had fucking tourists shitting on my drive (there was dirty tissue), and parking on it this week.

They're scum and need to be kept out of residential areas.
