Argh I am infuriated with my work atm!

I currently WFM on a reasonable adjustment due to my disability.

Therefore, meetings etc are always done via teams.

We had Ine planned for today and my manager didn’t add me to the call! (Its not on the calendar so I can join by the button)I left it a few mins and then asked to be added and still didn’t get added it’s finished now and they’ve read the message but still ignoring it.
The rest of the team went ‘away’ for the meeting time (1hour or just over)

My disability meant I was being isolated and unfairly treated in the office and they’ve adjusted that by the WFH but to ignore me at home - that is just as isolating!!

It was just a stupid meeting but it’s more the principle of it for me and I’m so angry to be treated this way.

Any advice welcome..

Did you call someone on the phone to let them know? That would be my first thought rather than just sending a message.

Yes, they’d all gone to a meeting room which someone should’ve logged on or had their laptop but no answer and all team members status where set to away/offline

I sent the message and they’ve not replied to me: I have also added since the first message in the group chat.
was there a meeting at X time!? As I am not in the office.

If this has happened once, talk to them (calmly) about how to avoid it again.

If you’ve already done that and it’s happening multiple times, you’re right to be upset.

Screenshot and send to HR

If it's only just happened and only happened once, I'd wait and see what the response is. Hopefully you will get an apology and a summary of what you missed.

Whilst I agree you shouldn't have to, I'd suggest checking when you get meetings that a Teams link has been included so you can request well in advance if it hasn't - it's so easy to overlook adding this; it will not have been malicious.

Unfortunately it is not the first time.

I am not sure what to do going forward. I might not work tomorrow and take some time off as I am fed up being unfairly treated due to my disability
